BYU ACT Prep Online offers high school students a great opportunity to prepare for and improve their scores on an upcoming ACT exam. Instructors

Our expert teachers have helped thousands of students and are excited to be able to help you too! Our teachers are experts in math, English, and science, and will help you develop study skills and test-taking strategies to boost your ACT score to the next level.  Each week they will lead a two-hour, live-streamed class from 3 to 5 p.m. (MDT) on Thursdays. You’ll expand your knowledge and hone your skills as you master each section of the ACT.  These live sessions also include time for questions and answers.

FAQ

Get High School Credit
If you are short on credits, the BYU Independent Study ACT Course qualifies for a one-semester high school 0.5 elective credit (check with your school to ensure they will accept this credit). Additional enrollment and an additional $50 fee is required plus you must complete the additional online activities to receive credit.  A practice version of the ACT Independent Study course is included for free with this Online Weekend program for learning and practice.

Our course materials feature 12 full-length practice ACT tests. Identify which skills you need to develop and where you should focus your attention.

You can register for BYU Online ACT Prep on our website or by calling 801-422-8925. When our office reopens you can also register in person Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at 116 HCEB, 770 University Parkway in Provo.

Full refunds are granted within 3 calendar days; partial refunds are given from 3 to 14 days after registration (minus a $100 fee to cover withdrawal, textbooks, and shipping). No refunds are granted after 14 days.
