Students will focus on developing speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, with appropriate grammatical principles as well as additional insights into culture (focusing on Mexico and Guatemala). Conversation practice happens in the Conversation Café, where students will interact with other students and course teaching assistants. This new Spanish course includes many interactive activities and also includes an instructor-hosted wiki and live one-on-one speaking appointments. This is the fifth course in a six-part Spanish series (SPAN 041, 043, 051, 053, 061, and 063).
