This physics course is a mathematical treatment of motion and inertia, Newton’s laws, momentum and energy, circular motion and gravitation, gravitational interactions and satellites, and so forth. This course includes instructions for lab activities that can be completed with commonly available equipment. This is the first course in a two-part Physics series (PHSCS 041 and PHSCS 043).
