Instructions for downloading MP3 lessons:

If you have a high-speed connection to the Internet, you should be able to click on any of the MP3 lessons to hear the audio. If you have a slower connection, or you just want to download and save the MP3 lesson — follow these instructions:

Windows PC:

1. Right-click on the MP3 lesson (any line with the icon).
2. From the options window that opens up — choose "Save Link [or Target] As...".
3. Browse to or enter in the address on the "Save in:" line where you want to download the MP3 lesson to.
4. If you have media player software (see link below for a free download) on your PC, you should now be able to select the MP3 in the directory you saved it to and listen to the lesson.

Mac OS:

1. Click on the MP3 lesson (any line with the icon) while holding down the [control] key.
2. From the options window that opens up — choose "Download Linked File".
3. The MP3 lesson will be automatically saved to your desktop.
4. If you have media player software (see link below for a free download), you should now be able to select the MP3 and listen to the lesson.
