If you have a high-speed connection to the Internet, you should be able to click on either the Quick Time or Windows Media Video to view the video. If you have a slower connection, or you just want to download and save the video lesson — follow these instructions:

Windows PC:
Right-click on the video lesson .
From the options window that opens up — choose "Save Target As...".
Browse to or enter in the address on the "Save in:" line where you want to download the video lesson to.
If you have media player software (see link below for a free download) on your PC, you should now be able to select the video in the directory you saved it to and view the video of the lesson.
Mac OS:
Click on the video lesson while holding down the [control] key.
From the options window that opens up — choose "Download Linked File".
The video lesson will be automatically saved to your desktop.
