We recognize and value the overall experience typically gained by those who have served full–time missions. We regularly seek these individuals to lead and be examples to our youth as summer counselors.
For all those who are currently serving full–time missions, we ask you to uphold the Lord’s admonition in the Doctrine & Covenants. . . to serve Him with all your heart, might, mind and strength, that ye may stand blameless before God at the last day . . . (D&C 4:2,4).
We do not want our application process to be a distraction to missionaries currently serving full-time missions. We encourage all full-time missionaries to follow the rules and guidelines established by their mission presidents and the Church. However, if the mission president approves, an application can be completed during a mission at approved times. Once your application has been submitted, you may receive an email inviting you to schedule an interview. All interview dates are posted and can be scheduled online. Please wait until you come home from your mission to attend an interview. If there are no interview slots available after your release date, please call our office to update us on your status and indicate that you received an email inviting you to interview while you were on your mission. You will be informed of our hiring needs and possible interview opportunities at that time. We will continue the hiring process, including posting additional interview dates, until all positions are filled.
In compliance with Church policy, an ecclesiastical clearance must be completed before any individual may be considered for hire. We will not process an ecclesiastical clearance until a full-time missionary has completed his/her mission and returned home.
