Thank you for your interest in employment with Especially for Youth Programs. New to the hiring process for 2012 is the EFY EMPLOYMENT CENTER (previously known as Applicant Home). Become familiar with the many options available to you at the center and use it as your home base for accessing all areas of employment with EFY.

Please note the following in regards to the 2012 EFY hiring process:

• All applications will be pre-screened.
• All applicants will receive notification of pre-screening results by e-mail.
• Only those applicants who are selected to move forward will be invited to schedule an interview.
• Once you receive an e-mail inviting you to schedule an interview, personally schedule an interview time online. Choose the location closest to you.
• You may interview at any location regardless of where you are interested in working.
• Interview locations do not necessarily correspond with contracts offered.
• Phone Interviews will only be scheduled on an as-needed basis after in-person interviews are completed. We strongly recommend you attend an in-person interview, if possible.
