EFY Coordinators

EFY Coordinators will be paid $575 for a weeklong contract.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work as two-person teams
• Facilitate the EFY program during the summer months at locations throughout the country
• Work directly with and report to program administrators
• Assist in the training of Counselors and Building Counselors
• Assist the session director
• Provide on-site coordination with local campus officials

Requirements

• Be familiar with all activities of EFY
• Be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in good standing
• Have previous EFY Counselor Experience
• Exhibit mature leadership skills
• Demonstrate good judgment in problem solving
• Be capable of dealing with disciplinary situations
• Be dependable, teachable, friendly, and accountable
• Must abide by the Especially For Youth counselor dress and appearance standards
• Must be no more than 28 years old by September 1, 2010
