EFY Registration Process

Information (Application) Period

Begins: September 15, 2009 – 9:00 a.m.
Ends:     January 19, 2010 – 10:00 a.m.

• Browse the EFY Web site for 2010 theme announcements, session locations, and dates.
• Log in to the registration system and let us know of your desire to attend EFY by filling out an Information Application.
• The Information Application allows a participant to enter the random selection process during the Priority Registration Period (Phase 2).
• Session choices, parental release forms, and payments will be accepted during the Priority Registration Period.
• You MUST fill out an Information Application to be eligible for Priority Registration.

Priority Registration Period

Begins: January 22, 2010 – 9:00 a.m.
Ends:    March 2, 2010 – 8:59 a.m. MST

• ALL Information Applications will be divided randomly into priority groups.
• When your application is selected, you will receive an e–mail indicating that you can re–enter the registration system and enroll in any available session of your choice (step–by–step instructions).
• List a roommate choice, if desired (with a group link number).
• Complete the parental release, medical information, and accept the standards agreement.
• Pay for EFY.
• Print out and keep your registration confirmation page. Note: This registration confirmation number replaces your application confirmation number—keep and use it.
• At the bottom of your confirmation page, if you would like to list three friends to be in your session, click the box and list them here. (They must have already applied during the Information Application Period).
• Once you have been selected, you may register and change or modify your enrollment at any time.

Open Registration Period

Begins: March 2, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. MST

As always, anyone can register for any available session.

• Remember to keep your confirmation number;  print the confirmation page!
• Log back into your account in a few weeks and confirm the date you selected;  this will prevent last–minute surprises.
