SOCST 35 — United States History, Part 1

Description

This is the first course in a four-part United States history series for grades seven and eight (SOCST 35, SOCST 36, SOCST 37, and SOCST 38). It is a survey course emphasizing the eighteenth-century and nineteenth-century historic events from the age of exploration through the American Revolution. Topics will include an introduction to the history, the colonization, the Revolutionary War, and the national period of the United States. 6 lessons, 6 assignment submissions (6 Speedback assignments); proctored final exam.
