CHILD 43 — Child Development, Part 2

Prerequisite:

CHILD 41 (Child Development, Part 1) or equivalent.

Description

This is the second course in a two-part child development series (CHILD 41 and CHILD 43). Children do not come with a manual, but this course will help anyone who plans to be a parent or care for a child. In this second part of the series, students will learn about how children develop from birth to adolescence, including parenting methods; childhood illnesses; children with different physical, emotional, and intellectual abilities; and child abuse. 7 lessons, 7 assignment submissions (7 Speedback assignments); proctored final exam.
