This is the second course in a two-part pre-algebra series (ALG 41 and ALG 43). This course includes using ratios, rates, and proportions to solve problems; changing fractions, percents, and decimals; and solving problems involving percentages such as discounts, mark-ups, commissions, profit, simple and compound interest, etc. 8 lessons, 8 assignment submissions (8 Speedback assignments); proctored final exam.
