Volunteer to Host

All hosting positions for the 2011 Campus Education Week program are currently full. Please call 801-422-6214 if you would like to put your name on a volunteer waiting list.

• Volunteers must attend a training session from 10:00 a.m. to noon on Saturday, August 13, 2011 in 3220-3224 WSC. Please contact our office if you have a conflict.
• Please note that hosting staff must be 18 years of age or older.

The following are general tasks assigned to the hosting staff:

• Check name badges at the door of an assigned class.
• Count the number of students attending a lecture.
• Keep the flow of students moving smoothly before and after classes.
• Uphold BYU dress standards.
• Help students enjoy their experience while attending Campus Education Week.
