Vocal Point

Vocal Point

de Jong Concert Hall, Tuesday–Friday, 7:30 p.m.

Vocal Point is Brigham Young University’s premiere, nine-man a cappella ensemble. Directed by James Stevens, Vocal Point wows audiences with vocal firepower, innovative arrangements, and remarkable vocal percussion. These vocalists’ amazing run on NBC’s “The Sing Off” showcased their tremendous talent and character! You will not want to miss this chance to see them live!

City of Joseph

City of Joseph—A Historical Musical of Nauvoo

Pardoe Theatre, Tuesday–Friday at 8:00 p.m. (matinees at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday)

A powerful stage version of the original Nauvoo Pageant, City of Joseph portrays life during the establishment and growth of Nauvoo, Illinois under the direction of the Prophet Joseph Smith. Scaled to fit an indoor stage, it features all the music from the original pageant as it tells the story through the eyes of those who lived there from 1839–1846. Experience what a quarter-million others felt during its 27-year run in Nauvoo: an appreciation for the dedication, faith and courage of the early Saints!

One Clear Voice

Madsen Recital Hall, Tuesday–Friday, 7:00 p.m.

One Clear Voice unites four of the LDS music industry’s most recognizable female voices to bring you a wonderful blend of harmony and inspiration. Tammy Simister Robinson, Johanne Fréchette Perry, Tanya Barkdull and LaRene Tinney combine their many years of vocal experience and their unique voices to create beautiful and inspiring music that will lift your soul. This will be a performance you will not want to miss!

Advance Ticket Sales: Purchase your performance tickets in advance and avoid the long lines and missed classes! Tickets go on sale June 25 at 10 a.m. mountain time. Tickets for any remaining seats can also be purchased in person during Campus Education Week.

Ticket Information and House Rules

Ticket Price: $12 (plus any online or delivery fees, see below)

Beginning June 25 at 10:00 a.m. mountain time, tickets may be purchased using any of the following methods:

  • Online Sales: Visit www.byuarts.com to purchase tickets. Tickets for the various performances can be purchased during a single transaction, and those purchased more than seven days in advance of the performance will be mailed unless you request an eTicket (print–at–home) or request that they be held at will–call.
  • Telephone Sales: Call the Fine Arts Ticket Office, Harris Fine Arts Center, at (801) 422–4322, Monday–Friday, between 10:00 a.m and 3:00 p.m. MDT. Calls are answered in the order that they are received. Your patience is appreciated. Tickets purchased more than seven days in advance of the performance will be mailed unless you request an eTicket (print–at–home) or request that they be held at will–call.
  • In–Person Sales: Visit the BYU Fine Arts Ticket Office, Harris Fine Arts Center, Monday–Friday, between 10:00 a.m and 3:00 p.m. MDT.

The standard Fine Arts Ticket Office fees are:

  • $1.50 ticketing operations fee per ticket for online purchases. No ticketing operations fee for telephone or in-person purchases.
  • Delivery fee per purchase: $1.00 for print–at–home option, $3.00 for ticket mailing or tickets held at Will Call (multiple tickets can be part of a single purchase).

Note: All sales are final. No refunds are available.

Ticket Office Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday (the office will be open from 10:00 a.m. to showtime during Campus Education Week).

Seating: All seating is reserved. The “best available” seating will be assigned in the area that you select.

House Rules: No babies are allowed, but children over age six are welcome. Cameras, tape recorders, and video recorders are not allowed. Latecomers will be admitted only at an appropriate break, which may be at intermission.

*Online transactions for the BYU Fine Arts Ticket Office are processed through Vendini. Vendini complies with the Visa/MasterCard Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
