A receipt and name badge for admittance to the program will be mailed to you if you register by August 7. If you register after August 7, you will need to pick up your name badge at a designated “Will Call” desk located at the northeast ticket booth of the Marriott Center or in the Wilkinson Student Center Garden Court. “Will Call” hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Monday, August 17, and from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, August 18–21.

Age Limit

Campus Education Week is a program designed primarily for adults. Several classes are also offered especially for teenage students 14 years of age and older. When youth register, it is expected they will attend Education Week classes and conduct themselves in an orderly manner. The BYU campus is not designed to serve as a place for children to entertain themselves while parents attend classes. Do not bring babies and children under the age of 14 to the program.

Signature Card

A Signature Card is a debit card requiring an initial deposit of $50. The account balance will be decreased every time you use the card. Registered Campus Education Week students may use a BYU Signature Card account (instead of cash) for food and merchandise purchases on campus. A Signature Card may be used at any location displaying the Signature Card emblem, including, but not limited to, the following:

  • The Cannon Commons and snack bars

  • The Creamery on Ninth (convenience store)

  • The WSC Cougareat Food Court and Skyroom

  • Vending machines

Signature Cards are initially available with registration requests through Thursday, July 23, at 5:00 p.m. They will also be sold the week of the program. Individuals in campus housing may pick up their Signature Cards at their assigned housing area beginning Saturday, August 15. They will be mailed to all others the first week in August.

NOTE: All accounts will be closed at the end of Campus Education Week. Unused balances or unclaimed Signature Cards cannot be refunded; however, the remaining balance on Campus Education Week Signature Card accounts can be transferred to a BYU student’s account if done by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 21, by calling 801-422-3866.
