Refund Policy You may withdraw your campus housing application (which includes program
registration and any other options) at any time prior to 5:00 p.m. mountain time on April 15 and receive a full
refund. To withdraw, use your personal login to enter the Continuing Education registration
system. After you login, select the “Withdraw” button next to your registration listing. You may also
withdraw your application by calling (801) 422-8925 prior to 5:00 p.m. mountain time on April 15. If you receive
campus housing in the random selection and subsequently need to cancel, a refund fee will be assessed and
you must follow the refund procedures outlined below.
Requests for cancellation received after the dates listed above, cannot be refunded. If you have questions, please call the Campus Education Week office at (801) 422-2087. Campus Education Week registration is not transferable. Please cancel through our office if you are unable to attend. Send your refund request, receipt, and name badge to: Campus Education Week After the request has arrived in our office, a refund is either credited to your bankcard if you paid by bankcard, or a check is mailed if you used any other payment method. |
