Thank you for your interest in teaching at Campus Education Week. We are always pleased to receive applications that offer new perspectives and give variety to Church Educational System Continuing Education programs.

To apply, please have the following items to the Campus Education Week Office by November 1, 2007 (the later paragraphs provide additional detail):

1. Application Form,
2. Video of one of your presentations (using a VHS or VHS-C tape, or a DVD), and
3. Titles and Outlines of Proposed Classes (formatting guidelines are listed in the application document)

If you are a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, your application includes an Ecclesiastical Authorization and Release Form. This form authorizes BYU to contact your ecclesiastical leader regarding employment eligibility. The form also indicates your acceptance to abide by the BYU Honor Code and the Dress and Grooming Standards.

If you are not a member of the LDS Church, your application includes a form where you indicate your acceptance to abide by the BYU Honor Code and the Dress and Grooming Standards while on campus.

To assist us in the evaluation process, please send a video of one of your presentations (using a VHS or VHS-C tape, or a DVD) along with your application. The video does not need to be a professional taping; we just need to observe your teaching style, how you approach your topic, and audience reaction. Presentation skill, educational qualification, and professional experience are major considerations in our evaluation of prospective faculty members.

The deadline for submitting an application, a release form, and a video for the 2008 Campus Education Week program is Thursday, November 1, 2007. Applications received after November 1, 2007, will be considered for the 2009 program. Program dates are August 18–22, 2008, and August 17–21, 2009. Applications should be mailed to Campus Education Week, 278 Harman Continuing Education Building, BYU, Provo, UT 84602.
