Continuing Legal Education Classes at Education Week—2008Continuing Legal Education classes at Campus Education Week are sponsored by the Provo Chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society and are for registered Campus Education Week participants. While primarily designed for attorneys, any registered participant may attend. Those seeking Continuing Legal Education credit for the State of Utah are required to pay a fee of $4 per class (in addition to the regular Education Week registration), with CLE fees not to exceed a maximum of $30 during the event. These additional fees will be charged at the door prior to each class (cash or check only) to cover reporting requirements to the Utah bar. Due to a reciprocal arrangement with the California bar, the classes approved in Utah will also be approved for California CLE credit (participants from California must submit their fees directly to the California bar). Participants from states other than California and Utah must check with their respective state bars for verification that the classes will be accepted for CLE credit. While each participant must register for the Campus Education Week program, only those requesting Utah CLE credit are required to pay the additional $4 fee at the door prior to each class (those requesting credit from other states must submit their own fees to their respective state bars). A brief description of each class will be available by June 1. Once available, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the documents. To install the latest version of Adobe Reader, click here. |
