Best of Especially for Youth is a CES Continuing Education program designed to help youth strengthen their testimonies, study the scriptures, seek the saving ordinances of the gospel, serve others, and meet today's challenges. All youth-members and friends of other faiths ages 12 to 18-are invited to attend. LDS standards must be observed while attending.
Special Notes:

| 9:10-10:00 a.m. | Scott Robley | Positive Thinking vs. Mental Misery Life is full of challenges and disappointments. This class will discuss the power of positive thinking in maintaining a happy life. |
| 10:10-11:00 a.m. | Chad Kerby | Having Charity When You Don't Feel Charitable Keeping our focus on the Savior through challenging times. |
| 11:10-noon | Matthew Richardson | Feelings This lesson discusses how our feelings influence our behavior and how the Spirit works through our ability to feel appropriately. |
