Optional Food and Housing Package: $235 (housing and all meals)

2. By phone at 877-221-6716. VISA, Discover, and MasterCard payments are accepted. Weekdays 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
3. In person at the Harman Continuing Education Building, 770 E. University Pkwy., Provo UT 84602   See Map
   8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on weekdays, excluding holidays.

Refunds
A $50 handling fee will be assessed on all cancellations requested up to two weeks before the workshop begins. You can withdraw yourself using our online registration system or submit your request in writing. Refund requests can be mailed to BYU Conferences and Workshops, 161 Harman Continuing Education Building, Provo, UT 84602, or faxed to 801-812-8491. No refunds will be given after May 27, 2011.
