Registration

The 2011 BYU Women’s Conference will be held on Thursday, April 28, and Friday, April 29. Registration for the 2011 BYU Women’s Conference is now open.

Women and men age 16 and older may register for the conference. Logistical and safety constraints on campus do not allow us to accommodate nursing infants and young children in any conference session (this includes the Marriott Center, residence halls, and all Thursday evening activities).

Please note:

Your valid BYU ID will be required to receive this discount. Please have your BYU ID number in hand before you begin the registration process. This special discount is only available to BYU students, employees and their spouses with a current BYU ID.

• In Person: weekdays from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. mountain time at the Harman Continuing Education Building lobby.
• On the days of the conference: at the Marriott Center outdoor ticket booths beginning at 7:30 a.m.

*Early registration is recommended to avoid lines on the days of the conference.

Please note the following:

Online and phone payments must be made by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.

During program registration you will be asked to select a section (full conference registration, or Thursday only or Friday only registration, etc.). You will then be able to register for any available housing and the Signature Cards.

Signature Cards are available for pre-purchase through April 1, 2011. If you are registered for housing, you will receive your card at housing check-in; if you are not registered for housing, you should receive your card in the mail by Wednesday, April 20.

Campus housing is available for purchase through April 15 (based on availability). Group housing is available until April 1.

ADA Acomodations

For housing: If you need to request ADA accommodations for housing, please click on the you only need to complete the first page of the request form.  this form must be printed, completed and mailed in to our office no later than March 31, 2011; any requests received after this deadline cannot be guaranteed.

If you would like to make a non-ADA housing accommodation request, a screen will be available in the registration process on the housing page to enter that request. If you have already registered and need to make an accommodation request, you can log back into your registration screens and complete the request on that screen.

Other ADA requests: If you have other ADA requests, i.e. American Sign Language interpreters, etc. follow the same procedure as above during your registration and complete and mail the form in to our office no later than March 31, 2011; any requests received after this deadline cannot be guaranteed. You must also contact the BYU Accessibility office at 801-422-2767 no later than March 31, 2011 to give them the details of your accessibility request.

Mailing of Programs/Name Badges

We will begin mailing programs to registered in mid-March. The program will also be available in late February on this Web site under the Program link on the left-hand side of this page.

If you register for the conference before April 1 (early registration), your name badge and receipt will be mailed to you in early April. Online and phone registrations received from April 2 on will be held in Will Call and will need to be picked up. Name badge holders will be available upon arrival at the conference.

If you registered before April 1 and have not received your conference materials by April 15, please call our office at 801-422-7692 to verify your registration.

Refunds

Any refund requests made by or before April 1, 2011, at 5:00 p.m. mountain time, can be completed online by logging onto your account and withdrawing from the conference (or options) or by calling our registration office at 801-422-8925 or toll free at 1-877-221-6716. No processing fee will be charged for refund requests processed by phone or online on or before April 1 at 5:00 p.m.

Payments made by credit card will be credited back to the payer’s account; participants who have paid by check or cash will receive their refund in the mail.

ALL refund requests must be received by April 15, 2011. Any requests received after this date will be considered on a case-by-case basis after the conference.

Any refund requests made after April 1, 2011, but before April 15, 2011, must be sent in writing to:

Written refund requests must include:

• Your receipt with name badge attached
• Written note stating reason for cancellation

If you have not yet received your name badge in the mail, please send your written request before the deadline, and return the name badge when it is received. Faxes or copies of the name badge will not be accepted.

Refunds processed after April 2 will be made minus an $8 processing fee (additional $12 fee for campus housing).
