Description: Although it is under attack, the family can prosper, even in times as challenging as ours, if parents follow the counsel from Church leaders to nurture habits of righteousness in their families…traditions…will help parents “bring[their children] up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord” (Eph.6:4) (Ensign, Apr. 1999). Traditions are events that occur on a regular basis that help to strengthen family bonds. They are agreed upon by all members of the family and looked forward to. Traditions for our times means that regardless of our situation we have habits that bring us, as families, together.
