Dean Eliason has worked for Welfare Services for 28 years and is currently the manager of the Bishops’ Storehouse Services Quality Assurance Laboratory.
Michelle Lloyd, as supervisor of the BYU Food Quality Assurance Laboratory and a Research Associate, has been actively involved in food storage research.
The focus of this booth was to provide answers to food storage questions.
