General Information

The BYU Women’s Conference is a two—day conference for those 16 and older. We have general sessions where all participants meet together in the Marriott Center.  The opening general session is held from 9:00—10:15 a.m., and the closing general session is held from 3:45—5:00 p.m. each day.  Between the general sessions we hold three one-hour concurrent sessions, with up to 15 sessions to choose from each hour.  Topics, centered around our annual theme, include home, family, marriage, service, gospel topics (scripture/doctrine), and other topics such as missionary work and education—all discussed from a gospel perspective and directed toward women.

The 2006 BYU Women’s Conference theme is a quote from President Gordon B. Hinckley:  “Rise to the divinity within you.”

Service and cultural activities and a ticketed dinner are offered during our “To Cheer and To Bless” celebration, held on Thursday evening from 5:00—9:00 p.m.
