LOCATION OF CLASSES
As soon as rooms are confirmed they will be posted here. If you have registered, the room numbers will be indicated in the group e-mail we send the week before the program begins.
PARKING INFORMATION
Free parking will be available in Lot 20 west of the BYU Conference Center. Workshop participants will not be able to park to park closer unless using disability spaces. Shuttle vans will be available to take you to the Harris Fine Arts Center. Please allow extra time for parking and waiting for the shuttle. The van driver’s cell phone number is 801-360-1210. It is a 12- to 15-minute walk from the Conference Center parking lot to the workshop classrooms, if you prefer to go on foot. If you are residing in campus residence halls, you are encouraged to park in the “C” lots surrounding the residence halls and leave your car there.

BYU STANDARDS
Abstinence from tobacco, coffee, tea, alcoholic beverages, and harmful drugs.
Dress: clothing that is modest in fabric, fit, style, and length and hairstyles that are neat and not extreme. Please, no tank tops or sleeveless, strapless, or backless attire. Dresses, skirts, and shorts should be knee length or longer. Jeans are permitted. Earrings for men are not appropriate. Most participants prefer to dress casually in slacks (including jeans) and comfortable shoes.
