Theatre Workshop: $870 (includes daily lunch)
Optional Food and Housing Package: $425 (housing and all meals)

Registration Notes
Full tuition is due upon registration.

There are three convenient ways to register.

• Online: This is definitely the quickest method!

• By phone: Call (801) 422-8925. Phone registration will be open between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. mountain time on weekdays.
• In person: Harman Continuing Education Building lobby at BYU between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. mountain time on weekdays.

Online Registration System
You can now manage all your registrations and information online! Using our online registration system, you can manage your registrations (including withdrawing), address information, mailing list status, and more over the Internet! Please note that a login must be created for each individual in order to register for the program. (Before proceeding to “checkout,” you may add additional registrations for other individuals so that a single charge is made to your bank card.)

Complete the initial one-time setup, and all future registrations (for this and other BYU Continuing Education programs) can be initiated by simply providing your unique login name and password.
During the one-time setup, you will be asked for the following information:

• Name
• Birth date (required to determine minimum age requirements, etc.)
• Gender (required for program demographics and housing assignments)
• Mailing address
• Telephone number
• E-mail address (if available)
• Login name (must be at least four characters [no spaces] and must not be all numeric)
• Password

You will be asked to select one of the security questions and provide the answer.

After a login is created, you may register for any BYU Continuing Education programs currently available.

Refunds
A $50 handling fee will be assessed on all cancellations requested up to two weeks before the workshop begins. You can withdraw yourself using our online registration system or submit your request in writing. Refund requests can be mailed to BYU Conferences and Workshops, 352 Harman Continuing Education Building, Provo, UT 84602, or faxed to (801) 422-0745. No refunds will be given after June 9, 2008.
