Students will find this time an invaluable asset to their studying. These skills will be practiced during the Saturday test labs, where they will take official retired LSATs. - Test Labs: Saturdays 8:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m.
Students will have an opportunity to practice taking 10 real, retired LSATs in a test-simulated environment during the course. - Q&A Study Sessions: Tuesdays from 7:00p.m.–9:00 p.m.
This 2 hour session is structured in a way that allows students to ask their questions they may have had about the practice test they took on the previous Saturday within the first hour. Our expert teachers will answer these questions and reinforce the strategies taught in lecture. The second hour will be the students’ time to study together in a group setting, as well as ask for individual/smaller group help from the teacher. - 57 hours of specialized LSAT instruction

LSAT General Test Information
View the BYU LSAT blog.
The LSAT is a standardized test created by the Law School Admissions Council (LSAC). It is required by all ABA-approved law schools along with many other law schools as part of the admission process. This standardized test provides a means of assessing acquired reading and verbal reasoning skills that law schools value in their potential applicants.
The LSAT is a timed test, broken down into five 35-minute sections of multiple-choice questions. Four of the five sections are graded. The unscored section is typically used to pretest new test questions for future LSATs.
The three subjects are:
Reading Comprehension: Comprehension of complex texts with accuracy and insight
Analytical Reasoning (Logic Games): Organization and management of information,
and the ability to draw reasonable inferences from it
Logical Reasoning: Analysis and evaluation of the reasoning and arguments of others
Writing Sample: shows law schools your writing ability (not graded by LSAC)
Scoring:
Scaled scores from 120–180
