Conference Fees
Early bird registration (until April 12 at 5 p.m. Mountain Time) — $499.00
Regular Registration (after April 12 at 5 p.m. Mountain Time) — $699.00

REGISTRATION—Three convenient ways to register!

1. In Person:
   You may register in the lobby of the Harman Continuing Education Building, BYU, Provo, Utah, until May 7, 2008 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. mountain time. Payment can be made by personal check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

2. Phone-in Registration:
   You may register by telephone at (801) 422-8925 until May 7, 2008 weekday’s 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. mountain time. Payment can be made by personal check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

3. Website Registration:
   The division of Continuing Education has a new registration system. You will be required to set up a member login and password. This system will allow you to manage and edit your registrations at anytime. Program registration over the internet is available until May 7, 2008 at 5:00 p.m.

REFUNDS
A full refund, less a $25 handling fee per person, will be granted if a cancellation request is received by 5:00 p.m. Monday, May 5, 2008. No refunds will be granted after this date. The university is not responsible for any cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or other institutions.
