High School Diving Clinics

Ages: 13-18 (High school ages)
Skill Level: High School diving

BYU’s newest clinic!  Join Coach Keith Russell, BYU Diving Head Coach, for a unique opportunity to improve your diving skills in a two-hour clinic.  Whether you need to refine your skills or learn a new dive, this clinic is for you.  Coach Russell will draw from his vast and impressive coaching experience to give you powerful insights into diving and make this two-hour clinic well worth the cost.

Participants can expect to receive one-on-one training with feedback and have the opportunity to learn a new dive.  The clinic will include pool work combined with work on the trampoline with belts.  You will also be analyzed on video.

Dates and times for clinics are as follows:

November 16, 2007: 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm
December 7, 2007: 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm
January 5, 2008: 10:00 am to 11:30 am
January 19, 2008: 10:00 am to 11:30 am

Cost: $20 per diver per clinic date
