Topics
Motivation – The origin of our behavior begins with what motivates us. Being motivated appropriately can greatly lower our anxiety, enhance our focus, increase our confidence and ultimately improve our environment to allow for greater decision-making.
Anxiety – Feelings of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome.
Concentration – The ability to attend to relevant stimuli in the environment while not attending to irrelevant stimuli.
Confidence – "Acclaimed as the most critical psychological characteristic influencing sport performance". Reported to be the most consistent factor distinguishing highly successful from less successful athletes.
Decision Making – In my opinion the most important component to high performance.
Programming the mind – What you put in is what you get out. Are you in control of your mind or is your mind in control of you?
