Gary L. Hatch
Dr. Gary L. Hatch is an associate professor of English and Associate Dean of Undergraduate Education at Brigham Young University. He directs the University Writing program. He regularly teaches courses in argumentation and persuasive writing, both at the first-year and advanced levels. He is also the faculty advisor for the BYU Speech and Debate program. He received his PhD at Arizona State University. He currently resides in American Fork, Utah, with his wife, AnneMarie, and their three children.
