Lodging and Meals
CAMPUS LODGING
Participants who have reserved campus housing will be accommodated in Heritage Halls. Accommodations for married couples are not available. Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. on Monday, August 4, at the Heritage Halls Central Building (HRCN). Rooms are double occupancy (you will be paired up with another Organ Workshop attendee) and include lodging the nights of Monday, August 4 through Friday, August 8. Bed and bath linen are provided; there are central bath facilities on each floor. Some suggested items to bring include: alarm clock, bar soap (if you prefer large bars), shampoo, slippers, bathrobe, and drinking cup. Laundry facilities and a TV lounge are also available.
EARLY-ARRIVAL HOUSING
Early-arrival housing is available for participants who are registered in the BYU Organ Workshop. You may arrive on Saturday, August 2, after 7:00 p.m. or on Sunday, August 3, after 3:00 p.m. The additional fee is $19 per night. Participants are not allowed to stay in housing after the workshop has ended. To request early arrival accommodations, go to

INFANTS AND CHILDREN
The workshop is open to women and men age 18 and older. Many of the classes are “hands on” and require full concentration. Infants, including nursing babies, and young children will not be admitted to workshop sessions. Also, residence halls are not equipped to accommodate young children.
MEALS
Workshop participants may eat at any cafeteria or food outlet on campus and pay by check, cash, or major credit card. The following are the most conveniently located to workshop classes:
