Performance and clinic schedules will be posted as they become available. Please check back for updates.

If your group is scheduled to perform in the Harris Fine Arts Center (HFAC), please allow yourself enough time to first come to the registration-check in office located in the BYU Conference Center.

Performance Information

Adjudication forms will be completed upon arrival, before your warm-ups. Please allow enough time to complete this form.

Big Bands

All schools will have a 30 minute warm-up before the performance. Each band has a 30-minute adjudication performance (includes set up and take down), followed by a 30 minute performance workshop. Sight reading will be part of your performance workshop and does not count toward your adjudication score. If you do not want to include sight reading, please select no when registering.

Combos

All combos will have a 30 minute warm-up, followed by a 20 minute adjudication performance.

Vocal Ensembles

All Vocal Ensembles will have a 30-minute adjudication performance (includes set up and take down), followed by a 30 minute performance workshop.

Solos

All soloists (vocal and instrumental) will have a 20 minute warm-up, followed by a 20 minute adjudication performance.
