Registration opens November 5, 2008 and will be available online until February 1, 2008. If you are unable to register online, please call 801-422-7692 for assistance.

Large Ensembles (Big Band) Tuition — $185
Large Ensembles (Vocal) Tuition — $110
Cost is per ensemble

  • High School Instrumental Division I (open to all high schools)
  • High School Instrumental Division II (smaller schools with enrollment of 1,000 or less)
  • High School Vocal Division Junior High School Instrumental Division (students in grades 7—9)
  • Middle School Instrumental Division (students in grades 6—8)

Tuition — $60
Combos
Cost is per Combo

  • High School Combo
  • Junior High/Middle School Combo

Tuition — $30
Soloists
Cost is per Soloist

  • High School Soloist
  • Junior High/Middle School Soloist

Registration Notes

Scheduling is on a first-come, first-served basis. We will honor scheduling requests to the best of our ability.

Full tuition payment is due upon registration. There are three convenient ways to register.

  2. By phone: Call (801) 422-8925. Phone registration will be open between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays.
  3. In person: Harman Continuing Education Building lobby at BYU between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays.

New Online Registration System!

It just became easier for you to manage your groups' registration! Using our new system, you can manage your registrations, address information, mailing list status, and more over the Internet! Please note that you must create a login in order to register your groups for the program. Complete the initial one-time setup, and all future registrations (for other BYU Continuing Education programs) can be initiated by simply providing your unique login name and password.

During the one-time setup, you will be asked for the following information:
Name
Birth date (required to determine minimum age requirements, etc.)
Gender (required for program demographics and housing assignments)
Mailing address
Telephone number
E-mail address (if available)
Login name (must be at least four characters, no spaces, and must not be all numeric)
Password
You will be asked to select one of the security questions and provide the answer.

After a login is created, you may register for any BYU Continuing Education programs currently available.

Refunds
A $25 handling fee will be assessed on all cancellations requested up to two weeks before the festival begins. Refund requests can be mailed to BYU Conferences and Workshops, 352 Harman Continuing Education Building, Provo, UT 84602, or faxed to (801) 422-0745. No refunds will be given after February 1, 2008
