Ensembles
Competing ensembles must only consist of students that attend the school represented.

Instruments
We will provide the following rhythm section instruments on the performance stage. Drumset complete with cymbals, vibes, piano, congas, timbales, bass amp, and guitar amp. You will need to bring any small auxiliary percussion instruments, guitar and bass cords, guitar picks, and drum sticks.

Office
During the BYU Jazz Festival, the main office will be located in the BYU Conference Center, Room 2297B.

Transportation
School buses may drop students off in front of the Museum of Art (for the Harris Fine Arts Center) and/or in front of the Conference Center. Buses may park in the west parking lot at the BYU Conference Center in the designated areas. Buses may not park at the Museum of Art. Drop off/pick up times should not exceed 10 minutes and drivers may not leave their bus unattended.
