Refund Policy:

All requests for refunds must be made in writing, stating reason for cancellation and signed by registrant. Refund requests must be postmarked by the refund deadline and sent to the following address:

Refunds will be made minus a cancellation fee based on the following deadlines:

Payments made by credit card will be credited back to the payer's account; participants who have paid by check or cash will receive their refund in the mail.
