Deer Valley/Utah Symphony Event
The Deer Valley event includes bus transportation to and from Deer Valley, concert seating, box dinner, and keepsake blanket.

Housing
On-campus housing will be available in the Heritage residence halls, conveniently located less than a five-minute walk from the performance venues. You must be a full conference participant (or an exhibitor) to register for campus housing. All housing is double occupancy; the cost is $120 and includes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, July 21-26, 2008 (no meals are included). Partial conference housing packages are not available, there is no refund for unused nights. Please note: Housing is NOT available before or after the above dates.
You may request a roommate (of the same gender—there is no couples housing available) by providing your roommate’s name and a group link number when you register (both are needed in order for the computer to link you together). A group link number is a 10-digit number (usually the phone number of one of the participants). Your roommate must also register and provide your name and the same group link number with their registration.
Each person must submit a separate registration. Providing the linking information does not hold a housing space for someone who has not yet registered for the full conference and housing. If you do not select a roommate, one will be assigned to fill the vacancy.
Signature Card
Signature Cards (campus-use debit cards) may be purchased upon registration for use at Brigham Young University on-campus cafeterias and restaurants.
The required initial deposit is $25. Additional deposits and balance inquiries are available at most locations displaying the Signature Card logo on campus. The card is valid for on-campus purchases from Monday, July 21, through Sunday, July 27, 2008. Any monies remaining on deposit on the card after Sunday, July 27, are nonrefundable.

Conference T-shirt
The cost is $15 per shirt and shirts come in adult sizes small, medium, large, and extra large.
Online Registration System
You can now manage all your registrations and information online! Using our online registration system, you can manage your registrations (including withdrawing), address information, mailing list status, and more over the Internet! Please note that a login must be created for each individual in order to register for the program. (Before proceeding to “checkout,” you may add additional registrations for other individuals so that a single charge is made to your bank card.)
Complete the initial one-time setup, and all future registrations (for this and other BYU Continuing Education programs) can be initiated by simply providing your unique login name and password.
During the one-time setup, you will be asked for the following information:

After a login is created, you may register for any BYU Continuing Education programs currently available.
Refunds
Cancellations received by April 30, 2008, will qualify for a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. Only written requests will be considered. On or after May 1, 2008, only 50 percent of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be considered after July 1, 2008. All approved refunds will be processed after August 1, 2008.
