The Utah County Hospice Coalition was formed by a committed alliance of local independent hospice agencies united in the quest to provide professional, quality care for every patient who qualifies for hospice and desires to have the care and support offered by this powerful program of services. We believe that every individual, and their family, dealing with an incurable illness deserves the opportunity to make informed decisions. Our goal in uniting together is to educate, inform, and motivate physicians, patients, and families to understand, promote, and utilize the invaluable care and resources offered by hospice.
