There are three convenient ways to register for this conference, and registration will be open until February 24, 2012. On-site registration will be available at the BYU Conference Center on March 2 from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.

  3. In person at the Harman Continuing Education Building, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays. Our offices will be closed on December 23 and 26 (Christmas), December 30 and January 2 (New Year’s), January 16 (Martin Luther King Day), and February 20 (Presidents’ Day).

Registration fees include attendance at all of the conference sessions and a box lunch. There are no group discounts for this conference.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Until February 17, you may go online and withdraw yourself from the program with no processing fee. After February 17, refund requests must be submitted in writing, and a processing fee of $25 will be charged for each cancellation. Send your refund request to Global Family Health Conference Refunds, 161 Harman Continuing Education Building, Provo, UT 84602. Brigham Young University cannot be held responsible for any cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or other institutions.

REGISTERING BY PURCHASE ORDER

Purchase orders are accepted from government and accredited educational institutions and major corporations who are paying for their employees to attend. Download the application form.

CREDIT OPTIONS

University credit options are being investigated and updated information will be posted here shortly.

CHES CREDITS

Category I — Certified Health Education Contact Hours (CHES) credits will be offered to qualified students, faculty, professionals, and volunteers. All you need to do is to go to the registration desk on the first day of the conference, sign in, and provide your CHES ID number. You will be given a form and directions on where to send the completed form and your $3.00 fee.

UNIVERSITY STANDARDS

Conference participants are required to maintain the standards of Brigham Young University while attending the program, including abstinence from tobacco, coffee, tea, alcohol, and harmful drugs while on the campus. The BYU dress and grooming standards require clothing that is modest in fabric, fit, style, and length.

MAXIMIZING YOUR VISIT TO PROVO

Combine conference attendance with a spring break in Utah. There are many great national parks and other places to visit.
