Brigham Young University - Family History Technology Workshop

Family History Technology Workshop

Brigham Young University is pleased to participate with FamilySearch in redesigning three former conferences, the Conference on Computerized Family History, the Technology Workshop and the FamilySearch Developers Conference, all together and offering even more to those interested in the important work of family history.

The new conference will be called RootsTech and will be held
February 2-4, 2012 at the Salt Palace in Salt Lake City.

For those interested in technology this conference will be even more exciting and interesting for you. There will be a track just for technologists with topics similar to what we have offered in the past, and in addition you will be able to attend more classes dealing with all areas of family history. This mission of this conference is to bring together the experts developing family history programs with the users of those programs providing an environment of collaboration that will help all those involved in this important work see exciting accomplishments.

Archives of past conferences can be found at http://fht.byu.edu.
