$5.00—Fulltime Student Registration
$60.00—Individual Registration
$100.00—Married Couple Registration (please call 801-422-8925)
$200.00—Credit Registration (0.5 credit MFHD 792R)
$8.00—Box Lunch (hoagie sandwich, chips, apple, cookies, drink) purchase by March 20, 2009
$15.00—Syllabus Only Option. If you are not able to attend the conference you may purchase a syllabus (paper or PDF format) from this conference for $15. You may do so by choosing Syllabus Only option after clicking the Register button. The syllabus is included in the conference fee if you are attending.

BYU Full-time Employees Tuition for this course may be covered by university benefits for eligible full-time BYU employees and their spouses. You do not need to register for the credit option to receive the university fee waiver.

CHECK-IN
Registration/check-in will be at the BYU Conference Center at the registration area in the main lobby starting at 8:00 a.m. Friday, March 27, 2009. There will be signs posted in the building to direct you. Your registration materials and a name tag will be available at the registration area.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Full refunds minus a $10 processing fee will be granted until March 20, 2009. After that date, refunds cannot be given.
