Action Fair

The Action Fair is a great way for organizations to display their achievements and network with conference participants. The Action Fair is held throughout the entire ESR Conference in the Conference Center main hallway.

Details

There are a limited number of spaces that will be given on a first–come, first–served basis. All the tables provided are six feet in length and approximately three feet in width. We will also provide an easel and a table skirt.

Action fair participants will also need to register for the conference if they want to attend other conference events.

Prices

• Full table and skirt - $50
• Half table and skirt -$30

Setup

Action Fair groups can start setting up their table on Thursday Morning, November 6, 2008, at 7 a.m. All tables will need to be taken down by 5pm on Friday, November 7, 2008.
