Web and Call-in Registration will close Thursday, August 14 at 1 p.m. If you need further assistance, please call 801-422-8925. Walk-on registration will be taken on a space–available basis August 14— 6 PM to 8 PM and August 15–7 AM to 8 AM. See you at the conference!

Conference Fees

Fee Includes:

Note: All proceeds from the conference go toward service projects and scholarships.

Certification

At the conclusion of this conference, you may receive a certificate indicating 12 contact hours for your professional certification. Please pick up this certificate at the Registration desk before you leave the conference.

Admission

Participants of any race, creed, gender, and ethnic or national origin and qualified handicapped persons are accepted for admission to the conference. In accordance with BYU policy, conference participants are asked to refrain from using tobacco, alcohol, coffee, and tea while on campus.

1. In Person
   You may register in the lobby of the Harman Continuing Education Building, BYU, Provo, Utah, May 1 through August 14, 2008, on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. mountain time. Please note that Friday, July 4 and Thursday, July 24 are holidays and our office will be closed. Payment can be made by personal check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.


2. Phone-In Registration
   You may register by telephone at (801) 422-8925 May 1 through August 14, 2008, on weekday’s 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. mountain time.    The division of Continuing Education has a new registration system. You will be required to set up a member login and password. This system will allow you to manage and edit your registrations at anytime. Program registration over the internet is available from 9:00 a.m. on May 1 to Mountain Time to 5:00 p.m. August 14, 2008.

Early Conference Check-in and Walk-on registration

Early conference check-in and walk-on registration will be held Thursday, August 14, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in 2297 Conference Center. For those that check-in, you will receive your name tag and conference materials. If you are a walk-on registration, you will not be guaranteed any of the meal plans. Therefore, to help us better serve you, please register and pay tuition by 5:00 p.m. Friday, August 1, 2008. We will then be able to send you important follow-up information before the conference and have materials ready for you when you arrive.

Refunds

A full refund, less a $25 handling fee per person, will be granted if a cancellation request is received by 5:00 p.m. Friday, August 1, 2008. No refunds will be granted after this date. The university is not responsible for any cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or other institutions.
