Youth Ballroom Dance Camp

Registration Announcement

To keep the gender enrollments equal for the Youth Ballroom Camp, we are now requiring all FEMALE participants to sign up with a partner of the opposite gender (one girl with one guy). This does not mean both will be partners throughout the camp. Partners vary with classes and levels. It is strictly to help keep the numbers equal to ensure a better camp experience for the participants. MALE participants can still register as single participants. If we reach a point where the number of males outnumbers the females, we will open up single participant enrollment to females again.

GIRLS: Please have both partners information ready at the time of registration. If one partner drops from the camp, the other partner will also be dropped.

For those girls who are not able to find a partner, we have a waiting list. As openings become available in the camp, we will call those girls on the list in the order in which they were placed on it.

To register or get on the waiting list, please call (801) 422-7589 or come into 169 Harman Continuing Education Building (please see below for more details and available registration times).

For those who are attending the dance showcase who need special assistance and/or seating, please contact our office two weeks in advance with your request. Spectators will not be allowed in the room until a specified time that will be listed on the camp schedule and handed out at camp check-in. Therefore, guests should be prepared to stand in line for a short time. NO personal seats of any kind (besides those medically necessary) will be allowed in the room due to fire code restrictions.
