Registration Tips

What is a login?
A login is an identification code created by you! Using your login, you can manage your registrations, address information, mailing list status, and more over the Internet!

Why should I create a login early?
Creating a login early will considerably speed up your registration process. We highly recommend taking a few minutes and creating one before registration day: February 14, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. MST (Except Fathers and Sons’ Camp, which begins February 13, 2008 at 9:00 am MST).

How do I create a login?
We have some helpful hints below:
Please note that a login and password must be created for each individual in order to register for the program. Please be sure to use only the participant’s information. A common mistake would be to use the parent’s information instead of the child’s.

During the one-time login setup, you will be asked for the following information:

  1. Name (child’s name)
  2. Birth date (required to determine minimum/maximum age requirements, etc.)
  3. Gender (required for program demographics and housing assignments)
  4. Mailing address
  5. Telephone number
  6. E-mail address (if available)
  7. Login name (must be at least four characters, no spaces, and must not be all numeric)
  8. Password
  9. You will be asked to select one of the security questions and provide the answer.

After a login is created, you may register for any BYU Continuing Education programs currently available.
