How To’s:                                A Few Guidelines

A Few Guidelines:

I have the opportunity and blessing in my life now to serve the single sisters of our ward.  What a sweet experience to visit with these wonderful sisters who have touched my life with kindness, love, wisdom, understanding, knowledge, charity and dedication.   We meet together once a month to share our lasting friendships.   We have laughed together, cried together, shared together, shopped together, sang together, and mourned together.   It is a sweet and tender experience to be with and share with these dear sisters.  Our friendships will be cherished forever.

  1. We always have our luncheon on the same day each month, the 3rd Monday.   A set day and time works best.  The sisters know what to plan on.
  2. I will pick up each sister and bring her to my home.
  3. Make sure to allow enough time during and after lunch for visiting.
  4. It is a fun time to serve “girl” food.  Make sure to check for allergies.
  5. Call ahead to remind and reassure that we will be having lunch in a week.
