Title: Give a Heartfelt Hug

Description: This service opportunity is to help encourage children to collect stuffed animals to give to other children in need. Many times children cannot be involved in service projects that others can, but this service idea provides an example of how to share what comes very natural to children. Heartfelt Hugs encourages children to buy or give a huggable stuffed animal and attach a note to another child expressing love, happy or encouraging thoughts or a hand-drawn picture. Each note can be attached to a stuffed animal with a red felt heart and ribbon.
