FERPA Policy
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects the privacy of your educational record. In order to be in compliance with FERPA, we require verification of your identity before releasing any personally identifiable or educational information to you. Please do not ask spouses, friends, or siblings to request this information for you.
Admission and Standards

Substitutions and Cancellations
A $10 fee will be assessed for each refund requested. All refunds must be requested
in writing and received no later than one week before the conference begins (July
22, 2008, by 5:00 p.m.). Please submit your request in writing by e-mail at cw136@byu.edu or mail it to BYU Conferences and Workshops, 136 Harman
Continuing Education Building, Provo, UT 84602. You may at any time arrange for a
substitute to come in your place without penalty. After July 22, 2008, no refund can
be given. Participants will receive a full registration refund if the program is canceled
for any reason. However, the university cannot be responsible for any cancellation or
change charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or other institutions.
