Housing

Package Price per Participant $155.00

Lodging

  • Conference participants who registered for housing before July 3rd will be housed in Heritage Halls. Participants who registered for housing after July 3rd will be housed in Helamen Halls. This includes participants who were moved from the waiting list on or after July 3rd. A map of housing locations can be found here: http://www.byu.edu/oncampushousing/maps.shtml.
  • Guests will spend four nights (3 p.m. Monday July 29, 2013 to 9:00 a.m. Friday August 4th, 2013)
  • Housing is based on a flat–rate fee.
  • Participants may check into housing on Monday, July 29th at either the Heritage Halls Central Building in the Heritage Halls housing area between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. If you cannot come during those times the Central Building office will be open from 7 a.m. to midnight and will be available to check in.
  • Guests need to check out by 9 a.m. on Friday. Luggage can be stored at the Helamen or Heritage halls central building until the conference is over Friday afternoon.
  • Housing participants also receive a meal card for lunches, which are included in the housing package. Breakfasts and dinners are available at the Cannon Center but are the responsibility of each participant.

Limited Spacing Available

  • Men – 30 male openings, two twin beds per shared room
  • Women – 36 female openings, two twin beds per shared room
  • Due to EFY and other conferences the same week, there is no couples’ housing.

Apartments include bedding, towels, and toilet paper. Internet access is available in the rooms through an Ethernet cable. Wireless Internet also is available in Helaman Halls Central Building and Cannon Center.

Check-in

Check–in begins Monday, July 29th, 2013 at 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the Central Building at Heritage Halls. Participants will be given a packet, key, and meal card. Please contact Housing with any questions or concerns regarding check in or check out at (801) 422–7343 or via email at housing@byu.edu

Parking

There is limited complimentary parking around Helamen and Heritage Halls.

Meal Card

All participants with on–campus housing will be provided lunch at the Morris Center on the BYU campus. The Morris Center provides a buffet with salads, hot meals, desserts, and drinks. This card will be given at housing check–in.

Participants choosing on–campus housing may also purchase an additional card which can be used anywhere on campus for breakfast and dinners during the conference. The cost is $25.00 and can be used at the Commons at the Cannon Center, Cougareat, Creamery on 9th and the BYU Bookstore. Signature cards are NOT the same as meal cards.

Married Couples Housing

Due to Especially for Youth, Sports Camps, and other programs, there are no married couples’ rooms available during this conference.
