  2. By Phone: Call (801) 422-8925 and pay with your VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card.  If you have questions about program details, please call (801) 422-2568.

  3. In Person: Register at 120 Harman Continuing Education Building, Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah (Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm [MT]).  At-the-door registrations will be accepted on a space-available basis at the program location.

  4. By Mail: Mail completed registration form and payment to BYU Summer Educator Workshops, 120 Harman Continuing Education Building, Provo, UT 84602.

Note:  At-the-door registration is not advised, especially for classes with limited enrollment.  Many of the workshops include texts and course materials.  Since these materials must be ordered and stocked in advance, it may not be possible to immediately supply materials to at-the-door registrants.

We cannot reserve class space without full payment.  Registration is limited, and no overflow will be offered.  We encourage you to register early.

BYU Employee/Spouse Tuition Benefit

Because these workshops have a credit option, eligible BYU employees and their spouses may receive a university tuition benefit for the amount of tuition.  (It is not mandatory that the employee or spouse choose the credit option in order to receive the tuition benefit.)  BYU Benefits will NOT cover additional fees for textbooks and materials, if any. Most registrants can confirm their eligibility when finalizing registration online.  If the registration system does not confirm eligibility, please call (801) 422-2568 and the registration process can be completed manually.  If you have questions about your eligibility for tuition benefits, call BYU Benefits Services at (801) 422-4716.

Change in Registration, Substitutions, Cancellations, and Refunds

After your registration for a workshop has been processed, any change in registration must take place before the beginning of the workshop session or on the first day of the workshop.  (If the first day of the workshop does not end until after our office is closed [5:00 pm], a change in registration must be accomplished the following morning.)

If you are registered in a class that has limited enrollment and you need to cancel your registration, please contact us as early as possible.

If a change in registration is necessary, you may apply payments that have been made toward registration for another workshop.  If you need to change your registration status, such as noncredit to credit, or change the type of credit (pass/fail to letter grade), etc., this must be done within the time period indicated for changes.

A refund may be requested through the end of the first day of class, after which time no refund may be processed.  A $10 fee will be assessed for each refund requested.  BYU Benefits Services will not pay cancellation costs.  You will receive a full registration refund if the program is canceled for any reason.  The university will not be responsible for any cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or other institutions.  Refunds require several weeks to process.
